Get to know your new dashboard:

1) Select members’ platform. 2) Enter your login details. 3) On your first visit, please reset your password before continuing.

This is your dashboard, here you will have the option to book spa visits and fitness classes. You will also be able to see your future bookings. If you want to make any changes to an existing booking, simply click on the booking. In the future, this dashboard will also offer you options to update your details.

How to book a fitness, studio cycling & aqua class

Simply select the date and then click on the class you would like to book. NOTE: Due to the popularity of the Nirvana Fitness classes, we charge a £5 non-attendance fee. Please cancel your class ahead if you are no longer able to attend.

How to book a simple spa visit

Please complete the details to check availability for your visit. NOTE: Each member can bring up to two guests per visit. If you wish to book a group of more than six people or would like to include Spa Package customers within your group, please contact the spa on 0118 989 7500. Availability for your chosen date will show in the boxes.

IMPORTANT: If you are booking a member’s guest for a day visit, you will need to select the early morning arrival slot. However, you will still be able to arrive at any time that suits you. Once you select an arrival time, you have 30 minutes to build your perfect spa visit and complete your reservation. Every item you add to your visit will be held for you during this period until you check out. You do not need to complete the details of other members of your group until you have checked availability for all elements of your spa visit.

How to add extras to your spa visit:

Click on each element in turn and watch your spa day take shape in the reservation summary.

TOP TIP: For the best booking experience, we recommend adding all extras in the order they are displayed above.

How to book a treatment:

1. Select a treatment category.

2. Select your treatment. For full descriptions, please see the treatment page on our website.

3. Select your preferred time.

4. Tick to confirm which member(s) of your party will be enjoying the treatment. NOTE: If a member of your party is washed out, this means the treatment is not available to them because it clashes, or is too close, to another booking. 5. Select ‘Add to Reservation’. 6. Repeat to add more treatments.

7. Work down the list of extras to create your perfect visit. If you wish to make any alterations to your booking, you can remove items by clicking on the ‘x’ buttons or add by selecting a category.

Finish off your booking:

Once your itinerary is complete, it is time to add the details of everyone in your group. Select the pencil icon next to the member/guest to add their information.

NOTE: To add another member you will need their email address and membership number. To add a guest you will need their name and phone number.

Complete your reservation:

NOTE: The charges will be allocated to individuals on the day of your visit.

Our T’s & C’s:

Our usual cancellation policies apply Please be aware we require cancellation notice the day prior to your booking. If cancellation notice is not received and we are unable to re-allocate the space, your membership visit will be forfeited and guests’ visits will be charged at the full fee, applied to your membership account. Treatment Bookings Please give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of any treatment. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, the full treatment fee will apply, unless we have been able to reallocate your space to another client. In the event you are late for your treatment, your therapist will complete as much of the treatment as possible in the time remaining and the entire treatment charge will apply.
